The Cove Restaurant is the Resort’s speciality restaurant, Head Chef Maris Urbanovics seasonal 10 Serving Tasting Menu creates a flavoursome and gracious dining experience. The imaginative menus draw on his love of nature and foraging.

This exclusive menu celebrates Cork’s Finest artisan producers- Shanagarry Smoke-House, Ballintubber Farm, Gubben Smoke House and Ballyhoura Mountain Mushrooms to name but a few.

Fusing ancestral flavours, foraged plants, techniques, and meticulous preparation methods, presents a remarkable gastronomic experience.

The Cove is an intimate setting complete with its own wine cellar. Our experienced Sommeliers have curated wine pairings designed to complement the flavours of the food.

The Cove Tasting Menu is priced at €75.00 pp. The matching wine menu is €45.00 pp
