The Cove experience is all about celebrating the produce of this authentically food-rich, food-focused part of the country. The ethos at The Cove emphasises pride in place, and reflects its location thoughtfully through quality local produce and the exceptional larder of this part of the world.
Imaginative and skilful seasonal menus are created by drawing on fine local and foraged ingredients from Fota Island itself and the wider region, as well as showcasing some of east Cork and Ireland’s most talented and dedicated artisan producers.
The Cove is quietly luxurious and elegant, where the food on the plate feels both personal and connected — a sophisticated bringing together of ancestral flavours, foraged elements and meticulous technique.
