Fota Island Resort boasts sweeping views of the breathtaking Fota Island landscape from the comfort of your room. As one of Ireland’s most distinguished five-star destinations, we offer self-catering, paired luxurious accommodations, superior amenities, and dedicated service. All of our lodges include a fully equipped kitchen to provide you with the comforts of home.
As a lodge resident, you will have full access to the hotel amenities, including use of the leisure facilities such as our indoor swimming pool and fully equipped gym, as well as all dining outlets, we advise all guests to reserve dining prior to arrival. We welcome lodge residents to utilise our award winning Fota Island Spa and exclusive residential rates are also available for golf, pre-booking essential. The cancellation policy associated with our lodges is that all cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival to avoid any penalties. This policy is not applicable to cancellations made due to Government Restrictions during the Covid-19 pandemic.
During our high season period (June 1st – September 30th) , October Mid-Term, Christmas, Easter, and Public/Bank holidays a €300 non-refundable deposit is charged at the time of booking and the remaining balance is charged three weeks prior to arrival. The policy on the remaining balance is that all cancellations must be made two weeks prior to arrival.
In relation to Covid-19, should there be Government Restrictions that prevents a guest from traveling to the Fota Island Lodges, the €300 deposit can be moved to a future booking, transferred onto a gift card, or refunded in full to the guest. Our lodge cancellation policy does not apply to cancellations which are caused by Government Restrictions during the Covid-19 pandemic. Outside of any Government Guidelines our usual cancellation policy detailed above will apply.
