Hydrotherapy Pool
Our hydrotherapy pool, with nine different areas has been specifically designed to massage the entire body. Please note: It is our pleasure to advise that when having treatments you will have complimentary access to the hydrotherapy pool and thermal suite for 45 minutes prior to your treatments. Weather permitting, we also invite you to avail of our beautiful spa garden. There is a €25 charge per person for residents and €50 pp for non-residents to avail of the hyrdrotherapy suite if you are not having treatments.

The Fota Island Tennis Club is located in the midst of the peaceful setting of Fota Island Resort and comprise of two floodlit AstroTurf courts. Whether you are a recreational tennis player or a competitive enthusiast, Fota Island Tennis Club provides you with the ultimate platform to improve your game, boost your fitness levels, and meet others who share your passion for the sport.
Minimum Age for spa, fitness suite and treatments
To maintain a peaceful environment, children under 18 years age not permitted in the Spa or Fitness Suite at any time. Children are permitted to use the swimming pool during allocated hours only.
