Hydrotherapy Pool
Our hydrotherapy pool, with nine different areas has been specifically designed to massage the entire body. Please note: It is our pleasure to advise that when having treatments you will have complimentary access to the hydrotherapy pool and thermal suite for 45 minutes prior to your treatments. Weather permitting, we also invite you to avail of our beautiful spa garden. There is a €25 charge per person for residents and €50 pp for non-residents to avail of the hyrdrotherapy suite if you are not having treatments.
Thermal Suite
Take time to relax in Fota Island Spa’s Thermal Suite, with heated mosaic loungers and a selection of soothing thermal experiences designed to help you unwind, restore and switch off.
Walking River
Experience the gentle flow of the Walking River, designed to stimulate the senses and refresh the body. Walk slowly through the cool, flowing water, taking a moment to pause, breathe and enjoy the invigorating experience.
Salt Therapy Room

A serene post-treatment relaxation space overlooking the beautiful Fota Island Spa gardens. The Sanctum offers a peaceful environment to unwind, recharge, and savour the lasting benefits of your spa experience.
Minimum Age for spa, fitness suite and treatments
To maintain a peaceful environment, children under 18 years age not permitted in the Spa or Fitness Suite at any time. Children are permitted to use the swimming pool during allocated hours only.
