-2/3 years experience in a similar background and role, with a focus on pastry
-Haccp Knowledge and Training
-Certification from a recognised body is preferred
-Basic Computers and Fluent English
-Ability to work as a team player
-Fexibilty to work with other disciplines within the Kitchen

-3-5 years experience with a similar role and background
-Excellent customer service, communication, negotiation, networking and interpersonal skills
-Fluent English
-Bachelors Degree or equivalent
-Experience in report writing and presentations for external customer as well as internal presentations reporting progress through analysis
-Experience in Market Research and Market Share
