POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for the Management and Control all incoming stock in the Resort with a focus on Food and Beverage
KEY FUNCTIONS
§ Produce a monthly F&B cost control report for senior management
§ Manage all issuing of stock
§ Carry out all stock takes in a professional and timely manner
§ Carry out costing exercises
§ Ordering stock/purchasing
§ Introduce par stock levels
§ Good Book Keeping, Delivery notes etc
§ Attend Finance and F&B meetings
§ Liaise with suppliers on price issues
§ Provide concise and accurate reconciliation of all stock for the finance department, daily, weekly and monthly
§ Daily spot checks within the departments and store rooms to ensure stock is stored correctly, maintained correctly and at the correct levels
§ Introduce good housekeeping and stockroom systems and processes
§ Responsible for all delivery operations, checking, recording, storing abiding by H&S regulations and maintaining excellent housekeeping
§ Provide Data Analysis reports
§ Investigate and report any stock discrepancies
§ Introduce a best practice system of delivery and collection
§ FIFO systems are complied with throughout the resort
§ Ability to sit and stand for long periods and carry out some manual handling duties
§ Maintain a smooth running stock control function at the Resort
§ 2 years experience in a similar role
§ Third level education
§ Excellent organizational, administrational skills and attention to detail
§ Intermediate computer skills
§ HACCP Knowledge
§ Ability to generate reports and data analysis, work with figures, reconcilation and balance sheets
§ Work on their own initiative
§ Experience with property management systems
§ Fire, Health and Safety awareness
