The Cove Restaurant is the Resort’s speciality restaurant, Head Chef Maris Urbanovics seasonal six course tasting menu creates a flavoursome and gracious dining experience. The imaginative menus draw on his love of nature and foraging.

This exclusive menu celebrates Cork’s Finest artisan producers- Hedderman’s Smoke House, Tom Durcan of the English Market, Kilahoora Orchards to name but a few.

Fusing ancestral flavours, foraged plants, techniques, and meticulous preparation methods, presents a remarkable gastronomic experience.

The Cove is an intimate setting complete with its own wine cellar. Our experienced Sommeliers have curated a pairing which include, beer, cider, wines, all designed to complement the flavours of the food.
