Fota Island Running Club continues to go from strength to strength as runners of all levels meet twice a week to work out together, running through the stunning forest routes. The fitness team strive to keep you motivated during the training sessions, teaching you the proper techniques to significantly improve both your endurance and speed. Affiliated with the Athletics Association of Ireland, the club competes in local events, year round. Running couldn’t be more enjoyable as you take in the picturesque natural surroundings on your private island.
