Each menu is carefully crafted to highlight the skills of the culinary team and showcase the local area’s abundance of wonderful ingredients, whether it is fresh seafood from Castletownbere or Ballycotton, fabulous local cheeses or organic produce from nearby farms.
The Amber Bar & Lounge is a luxurious setting overlooking the oriental gardens. The charming lounge serves an exceptional menu, served from opening until 9pm daily. Connoisseurs of Irish whiskey will enjoy the surrounds of the bar and its respectful nod to its distinguished heritage with Jameson Distillery Midleton. The colour and popularity of this local tipple inspired the venue's unique name and the cosy ambiance created there every evening is reflective of this wonderful, heart-warming blend.
The Amber Lounge is a family-friendly all-day dining venue with an outdoor terrace which serves freshly prepared lunches and relaxed, bistro style evening meals. The Amber Bar boasts a delicious cocktail menu and an impressive selection of over 75 fine whiskeys, including a number from the nearby Midleton Distillery.
The Cove Restaurant is the Resort’s speciality restaurant, Head Chef Maris Urbanovics seasonal six course tasting menu creates a flavoursome and gracious dining experience. The imaginative menus draw on his love of nature and foraging.This exclusive menu celebrates Cork’s Finest artisan producers- Shanagarry Smoke-House, Ballintubber Farm, Gubben Smoke House and Ballyhoura Mountain Mushrooms to name but a few. Fusing ancestral flavours, foraged plants, techniques, and meticulous preparation methods, presents a remarkable gastronomic experience. The Cove is an intimate setting complete with its own wine cellar. Our experienced Sommeliers have curated a pairing which include, beer, cider, wines, all designed to complement the flavours of the food.

Within the comfortable clubhouse is The Spike Bar, which is ideal for a tasty snack or delicious après golf cuisine. The Clubhouse overlooks the spectacular 18th green of the Deerpark Course and provides a magnificent setting for you to relax in after an exciting round of golf or touring of East Cork.
The Clubhouse at Fota Island Golf is a creative conversion of old stone farm buildings. The exterior retains the original stonework and country feel that merges effortlessly into the surrounding landscape. The Pantry is open daily where tea & coffee, pastries, sandwiches, and light bites will be served for dine-in and take-away.
Executive Pastry Chef, Neil Ferguson, has created an artful afternoon tea with a colourful collection of sweet & savoury delights. Served in the elegant surrounds of the Amber Lounge, indulge in a selection of finely cut gourmet sandwiches together with freshly baked scones served with clotted cream and strawberry preserve, followed by a delectable selection of afternoon tea cakes and pastries.
