Intensity Interval Training suitable for all levels with the aim to increase strength and stamina. High energy body weight and resistance exercises followed by a mobility based cool down. HIIT produces many of the same health benefits as other forms of exercise in a shorter amount of time. These benefits include lower body fat, heart rate and blood pressure.
A group exercise class that mixes traditional body weight strength exercises and interval training. This class is held outdoors come rain or shine & meets in front of the Recreational Building.
This is the ultimate full body workout, challenging your cardio and muscular endurance. The class is fast paced, one exercise is done for a set period of time before moving onto the next exercise. Fitness Classes will be instructed within our designated outdoor training area. Please bring water, towel, and sun block. You are welcome to bring your own exercise mat should you wish

Classes are tailored to meet the needs of all fitness levels with beginners and advanced classes available.
A group fitness class which starts with a warm up and mobility session followed by a mixture of cardio and strength training using body weight and some equipment, finishing with a light stretch and great sense of accomplishment.
