Why not come along to the new Spin Academy at Fota Island Resort.  With twenty new spinning bikes and the highest standard in fitness trainers your fitness regime will get off to a flying start while at the same time providing you with an enjoyable experience.  Classes are tailored to meet the needs of all fitness levels. You can even come just the once to try it out and see if it's for you.

Costing just €5 for members and €8 for non-members, places are sure to fill up fast, so to avoid disappointment, prior booking is essential.

If spinning isnt for you, don't forget about our Boot Camp and Aqua Aerobics classes which are also running throughout the Summer.  Both courses run for six weeks and prior booking is essential.
