Spread over 1600 square metres, Fota Island Spa has 18 treatment rooms offering over 60 treatments. With couple’s suites, a hydrotherapy suite - including the first ‘walking river’ which uses water currents and reflexology to revitalize - plus the Acacia thermal suite with tepidarium and hammam, there are also three luxurious beauty rooms, affusion showers, floatation baths, a thalaxion room and conservatory.
Uniquely catering for those in pursuit of golfing or other sporting excellence, the spa has specially designed treatments and massages for golfers, as well as holistic relaxation and pampering. The spa has a fully equipped and spacious gym, with a large indoor heated swimming pool and relaxation area, a children’s swimming pool and a juice bar for post pampering relaxation.
