All of our lodges include a fully equipped kitchen to provide you with the comforts of home.
As a lodge resident, you will have full access to the hotel amenities, including use of the leisure facilities such as our indoor swimming pool and fully equipped gym, as well as all dining outlets, we advise all guests to reserve dining prior to arrival. We welcome lodge residents to utilise our award winning Fota Island Spa and exclusive residential rates are also available for golf, pre-booking essential. Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy associated with our lodges is that all cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival to avoid any penalties.
Deposit Policy
During our high season period (June 3rd - 6th & June 23rd – August 31st) , October Mid-Term, Christmas, Easter, and Public/Bank holidays a €300 non-refundable deposit is charged at the time of booking and the remaining balance is charged three weeks prior to arrival. The policy on the remaining balance is that all cancellations must be made two weeks prior to arrival.
