Join us in The Cove for an intimate gastronomic experience and journey through the senses with locally caught seafood complemented by the finest Irish meat and organic produce from local pastures.
Executive Chef, Neil Foster, has created a menu offering creative pairings of the choicest local ingredients. Signature dishes include Seared Diver Scallops and our Irish Seafood plate which includes lobster, oyster and king crab.
Guests can also order fine wines from our private cellar, and are even given the opportunity to create their own bin number when they discover their favourite from the offering of international wine varieties. Our team will be delighted to assist with recommendations on wine and menu pairings and we also offer an extremely popular (complimentary) wine tasting for Cove diners between 6.30pm and 7.30pm every Friday and Saturday evening.
Opening Hours at The Cove
The Cove is open for dinner on Friday and Saturday nights from 7pm to 10pm. Please book your table in advance because space is limited and these dates and times can vary depending on the time of year. To make a reservation please contact The Cove on 353 (0)21 467 3000.
