Depending on the number and space requirements of your exhibitors, and the chosen layout of seating for your delegates, you may be able to host your exhibitors in the main function room.
Should this not be possible, we have a large pre-function space immediately outside the Smith Barry Suite which could be used for exhibition space, though conferences usually prefer to keep this space for conference catering.
We offer a second conference area immediately adjacent to the Smith Barry Suite, which features a large room suitable for up to 20 exhibitors, depending on their space requirements. This room is The Dorothy Bell Suite. There is another breakout space for catering here, to entice people into this area to visit the exhibitors.
The Smith Barry Suite is the largest of the function rooms and is the perfect location for a large number of events. The room has excellent conference facilities such as an inbuilt screen, sound system, and complimentary Wi-Fi. It can cater for up to 350 people theatre-style and 300 people for dinner, providing generous floor space with unobstructed views and a large outdoor terrace for your specific event needs. This function room is flexible in that it can be divided into two separate rooms to become The Smith Suite and The Barry Suite which individually cater for up to 180 people theatre style.
The Dorothy Bell Suite is ideally suited to facilitate up to 90 delegates theatre style. The room benefits from natural daylight with full length blinds at each window to darken the room as required. A wall mounted screen is available on both sides of the Suite as is a wall mounted projector and pulldown screen, as is a flipchart. Additional flip charts are available at a hire fee. Should you require additional AV equipment, a quote can be obtained on your behalf from one of our suppliers.
The FitzStephens Boardroom is our dedicated boardroom, and ideally suited for intimate meetings, with capacity for up to 20 people in boardroom formation.The room benefits from natural daylight with full length blinds at each window to darken the room as required.

The Clubhouse is an idyllic location for networking events, working breakfast seminars, meetings, conferences, team building, workshops, or awards nights. With a more relaxed, intimate atmosphere, The Clubhouse is the perfect space for bonding activities including our on-site team building training provided by Fota Island Adventure to strengthen bonds and get your group working as one unit.
