Conference & Events at Fota Island Hotel

Fota Island Hotel & Spa offers five conference and meeting rooms with the largest, The Smith Barry Suite, catering for up to 400 theatre style and 280 for dinner, providing generous floor space with unobstructed views and a large outdoor terrace.   Of the four meeting rooms, the Boardroom and Library boast outside terraces while the Dr Mahony and Fleming Rooms are located adjacent to the business centre.

All of the conference and meeting areas are situated in close proximity to each other and offer individual in-room climate controls and state-of-the-art lighting systems.  The hotel also provides complimentary wireless internet access throughout the meeting rooms and public areas with wired internet access in the bedrooms for delegates and guests.
