Fota Island Resort are currently recruiting for a Spa Receptionist Manager to join our renowned Spa team. The Spa Receptionist Manager will assist the Spa Team in maintaining our impeccable standards and reputation with a 5 star level.

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong administration, and computer skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • To be aware of all treatments offered and any promotions on offer at any given time.
  • To ensure all receptionists are aware of promotions and special offers.
  • Assist Spa Management with achieving sales targets as set by the budget.
  • Monitoring of Call Stats.
  • Assist with Spa events as required.
  • Must adhere to training as set down by Management.
  • To maintain the stationary stock at the correct level following set standards.
  • Responsible for maintaining the high standard reception customer service.
  • To supervise and conduct Health and safety audits to ensure the safety of users and equipment at the Spa reception and to ensure that all relevant legislation pertaining to the Health and Safety at Work are maintained and implemented.
  • To ensure receptionists are aware of the importance of retail sales and upselling treatments and ensure that all sales are recorded accurately.
  • Ensuring that par stock levels are noted and brought to the attention of Spa Manager for purpose or reordering.
  • Training of the reception team to ensure smooth successful running of reception and monitor to ensure operating standards are met.
  • Ensure all display areas around the reception area are maintained to a high standard.
  • Ensuring the seamless and smooth day-to-day running of the reception.
  • Supervising Spa operationally when required.
  • Client satisfaction – this is a primary responsibility. All clients must receive the utmost care and attention while experiencing a 5 Star treatment.
  • Efficiently manage all enquiries and bookings-made via phone, email, social media and in person to ensure maximum therapist utilization.
  • Ensure Daily Checklist is completed every day and systems such as Alkimii are up to date with daily figures.
  • Close cooperation with Front Office and Leisure Manager
