The beautiful self-catering lodges at Fota Island Resort are the perfect home away from home during your visit to Cork. Whether your plan is to take the kids on a safari trip through the neighbouring Wildlife Park or finally take that girls’ trip you’ve planned for years, our lodges provide the ideal setting. Nestled in beyond the magnificent oaks and sycamores are our Courtyard and Courseside lodges while our brand new luxury Fuchsia Woods lodges, tucked away beyond - yes you guessed it – vibrant fuchsia plants.
All the lodges have been designed to encourage a relaxed and leisurely lifestyle, with the Courtyard and the Courseside lodges specifically designed with families in mind. Traditionally styled with high-pitched roofs and natural slate and windows of Nordic pine, 2, 3 and 4 bedroomed houses are available, sleeping up to 7 people. Our new luxury Fuchsia Woods lodges are architecturally striking with a more contemporary design, with 3 double rooms, sleeping 6.
Furthermore, each lodge is Wi-Fi enabled and the internal telephone system allows you to contact and book a host of services available throughout the five star resort.

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy associated with our lodges is that all cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival to avoid any penalties.
Deposit Policy
During our high season period (June 3rd - 6th & June 23rd – August 31st) , October Mid-Term, Christmas, Easter, and Public/Bank holidays a €300 non-refundable deposit is charged at the time of booking and the remaining balance is charged three weeks prior to arrival. The policy on the remaining balance is that all cancellations must be made two weeks prior to arrival.
