The Amber Lounge

The Amber Lounge is a family-friendly all-day dining venue with an outdoor terrace which serves freshly prepared lunches and relaxed, bistro style evening meals. The Amber Bar boasts a delicious cocktail menu and an impressive selection of over 75 fine whiskeys, including a number from the nearby Midleton Distillery

The Cove

The Cove Restaurant is the Resort’s speciality restaurant, Head Chef Maris Urbanovics seasonal six course tasting menu creates a flavoursome and gracious dining experience. The imaginative menus draw on his love of nature and foraging.

The Clubhouse

Within the comfortable clubhouse is The Spike Bar, which is ideal for a tasty snack or delicious après golf cuisine. • Requirements
• Previous experience running a banqueting operation is essential 
• Highly motivated chef looking to excel in banqueting food events
• Excellent team planning and organizational skills
• Administrative skills including the ability to use computers and place food orders
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail
• Flexibility regarding working hours and covering other areas of the kitchen are essential
