Our Boxfit programme has been created by Fota Island Fitness team which focuses on upper body conditioning, increasing lean muscle & burning body fat. Boxfit is a fun and energising class suitable for all fitness levels.

We invite you to participate in our circuit classes for men & women, which focuses on core strength & flexibility. Circuits is a fun and friendly class suitable for golfers & beginners.
We've created a new class for those who've trained hard all week & for those who are part of Fota Running Club. This 45 minute class will have you feeling loose and relaxed, minimizing risk of post-workout injuries and strains.
If your goal is to burn fat, interval training should be part of your workout program. Interval training is a great way to hammer out a quick workout, and it's extremely effective for transforming your physique. By incorporating intense periods of work with short recovery segments, interval training helps you give maximum intensity, revving your metabolism as our qualified instructors put you through your paces!
Children's Ballet classes return to Fota Island Resort this September, Saturday 16th, and classes will incorporate Classical Ballet, Modern Dance, Mime, musical appreciation, self confidence and lots of fun!
