The Amber Bar & Lounge is a luxurious setting overlooking the oriental gardens. The charming lounge serves an exceptional menu, served from opening until 9pm daily. Connoisseurs of Irish whiskey will enjoy the surrounds of the bar and its respectful nod to its distinguished heritage with Jameson Distillery Midleton. The Clubhouse at Fota Island Golf is a creative conversion of old stone farm buildings. The exterior retains the original stonework and country feel that merges effortlessly into the surrounding landscape. The Pantry is open daily where tea & coffee, pastries, sandwiches, and light bites will be served for dine-in and take-away.
