Each year, the magic of Christmas falls upon Fota Island Resort and we welcome families & friends to make unforgettable festive memories. We have partnered with our neighbours in Fota House who will have Santa on-site in December and residential guests at Fota Island Resort will be able to book a visit to Santa at Fota House.
Please note that the Fota Island Santa Package will be for residents of the hotel and lodges only and will be subject to availability.

Our experienced culinary team are on hand to create decadent festive menus which are sure to tantalise your tastebuds and surround you with the scents of Christmas. Opening Hours:
The hotel will close after breakfast on the 23rd of December and reopen for lunch on 27th at 13.00pm. Lunch in the Amber Bar & Lounge will be reserved for residents only on the the 27th of December.
The Spa will close on the 23rd of December at 8.00pm and reopen on the 27th at 8.00am. The Spa will open from 8.00am - 8.00pm daily from the 27th until the 7th of January and will return to normal opening hours on the 8th of January.
Live Entertainment:
There will be live music in the Amber Bar each weekend throughout the festive season starting from December 1st.
Carol Singers will be in the hotel lobby on December, 8th, 9th,15th, 16th & 22nd. Friday's from 6.00pm - 8.00pm and Saturdays 5.00pm - 7.00pm.
