I love it! 7 weeks ago I couldnt even run for a bus. Last week on the bootcamp I ran 5 miles. It wasn't easy but my God it was exhilarating. The encouragment is wonderful and the exercises are intense but very effective. I now have muscles that I never knew were there to be worked on! Im doing the course again and love every minute. My only gripe is the amount of women who are there for a natter and chat the whole way through the exercise portion of the workout. Its so distracting. Carmel, all ages do the course so dont worry about that. Hello
