Fota Island Spa is a world class luxury spa resort in Ireland, spread over an area of 1,600 square metres. Designed specifically with sport in mind by the renowned Dr. Christian Jost, who was a member of the French Rugby panel's backroom team, the magnificent hydrotherapy suite is home to Ireland's only 'walking river' which uses water currents and reflexology to revitalise an athlete's body, ideal for non-impact physiotherapy and recovery sessions.
