Fota Island Resort are delighted to announce Pilates to our expanding list of fitness classes. Pilates is a great form of exercise and workout for people of all ages and any level of fitness. Pilates aims to lengthen and strengthen your back, flatten your stomach and improve your posture. It develops the body uniformly, restores physical vitality, invigorates the mind and elevates the spirit.
THURSDAYS
10.00am - 60 mins
6 Week Course - one class per week
Non Members: €80pp, Members: €70pp
Course commences on Thursday 7th May
