• Access to business centre facilities
• Broadband internet connection

• E-mail service (forward service or collected from anywhere)

Service charges
Your yearly service charge will include the following:

• Common area utilities
• Lodge building and contents insurance & Public Liability Insurance
• Outside (general) maintenance of the lodges
• Upkeep of the grounds and surrounding gardens in the resor
• Common area lights, roadway, paths and pedestrian repair
• Reserve fund contribution (for long term replacement and refurbishment)
• Refuse and recycling collection (from central point)
• Janitor services (including spare keys holding, etc)
• Concierge services
• 24-hour security
• Booking of various activities and taxis
• Arrange airport pickup
• Receive deliveries (at a central point)
• Administration
• Quarterly billing service
  

     
As a lodge owner you will have access to the above services. The staff of Fota Island Resort will advise you of the charges, if any. All services are subject to availability.
