The magnificent Hydrotherapy Suite is home to Ireland's only 'walking river' which uses water currents and reflexology to revitalise an athlete's body, which is ideal for non impact physiotherapy and recovery sessions.

Self Catering in Cork is located across the 780 acre estate at Fota Island Resort. The lodges provide guests with the option of staying in a Courtyard and Courseside lodge thatoffers 2, 3 and 4 bedroom accommodation. Each bedroom is equipped with a direct dial phone and widescreen LCD TV, advanced IT systems and high-speed internet access in each lodge. A buggy park and golf equipment drying rooms, 24 hour security and concierge and two outdoor tennis courts with many of our lodges adjacent to the pitches for easy access.

  

  

  

   

Fota Island Golf Club


The Golf resort Cork, hosted the Irish Open twice, has three championship golf courses and state-of-the-art golf academy set amongst beautiful parkland scenery. The three courses are maintained to the very highest standards to ensure year round golfing enjoyment, and surrounded by tall oak trees, immersed in peace and quiet. The golf courses will offer the ideal distraction for team members to enjoy some down time between or after training sessions.
